Good day, I hope you can help. I just want to find out my Ortur Laser Master 2 has some kind of error and I dont know if it is the software or the device. When cutting or engraving it burns and then stop burning and then continue burning whilst the machine is running the whole time. There are also a few ekstra lights that weren’t there before. Green, orange, purple and turquoise. Please advice what the problem can be. Is there a command I can give to fix. Thank you so much.
Can you take a picture of the error message or lights? I will look at the manual and see if I can help. Does your engraver complete your project or does it stop or seem to become lost?
