Laser only firing at lower Power -

Has anyone ever had an issue where the laser only fires at lower power. As soon as the power goes above 50%, the laser does not cut. Although I can see tube firing, the output is drastically reduced. This % seems to keep on reducing, yesterday I could cut at 60%, today not.

New mirrors, and alignment is perfect.

If the tube is bad, what might have caused this - I did recently change the power supply, cause it made a bad noise, and the current was spiking. I suspect the tube is lost to humanity. Just need some inside before I buy a new tube.
