Laser only framing 1/4 of the size of the project size

When i square my project it is only about a quarter the size that the project is supposed to be

Just a few:
If you have rotary enabled disable it.
Did you changed some GRBL settings? Steps? revert changes.

That’s the factor of 25.4 making everybody go “It’s so big!” or “It’s so tiny!”

Now, if LightBurn offered centimeters, we’d be sunk …
