salve a tutti, ho il laser Ortur master 2 pro, comprato e montato nel 2021 mai attivato fino ad ieri, ho comprato ilightburn per Mac OS, ma non riesco ad attivarlo, ho aggiornato il firmware al 1.57 come da procedura seguita passo a passo. ma la periferica spesso rimane sconnessa, e quando cerco di inviare un lavoro la console risponde come segue:

La prova è stata effettuata con iMac del 2009 e MacBook del 2010 con installato sistema operativo CATALINA ( installazione da Patcher)
Provato con iMac 27 pollici del 2015 ( ne ho 3 ) il programma riconosce il laser con le corrette misure 400 mm x 400 mm mentre le prove sugli altri computer non riconosce la periferica oppure riconosce con misure di 10 mm x 10 mm.

Preciso che il pc IMAC INIZIO 2015 lo uso in postazione fissa per la visione delle reti televisive, vivo in collina, non arriva il segnale mezzo antenna. non posso usarlo per il laser. **Spero di non essere obbligata a comprare un pc con sistema operativo win, oppure ad abbandonare il programma lightburn. :thinking:

  1. ho installato macchina virtuale sul imac con catalina con sistema operativo win 10.

ho installato il programma lightburn, provato il laser ortur funziona correttamente.

ho cercato di attivare la licenza sul programma togliendola da catalina , la finestra rispondeva che non era possibile attivare il programma su macchina virtuale. altra sconfitta!!!

  1. a questo punto ho deciso di installare su macbook win 10 senza prima chiedere di annullare la licenza sul sistema catalina macbook . ora ho chiesto di attivare sul nuovo sistema operativo inviando email con allegato il file del pagamento. …spero che non sia altra sconfitta e che posso finalmente dedicarmi al programma e al laser… sono sconfortata!!!

  1. i installed virtual machine on imac with catalina with win 10 operating system.

i installed the lightburn program, tried the laser ortur works correctly.

I tried to activate the license on the program by removing it from catalina, the window replied that it was not possible to activate the program on a virtual machine. another defeat !!!

on what regards Virtual machine licensing that woudl be an answer i cant provide, but i did read at some point it wasnt possible

I am still thorn because theres no reason why catalina shouldnt work, however if this solution seems feasable what matter is that it works

Would still be possible to try on macos Catalina and do a remote session if you get in touch via ticketing system
