Laser placement always off to camera image

I have done all the camera calibrations many times. (I can burn a 3x3 cm square perfectly). I place the image on the work surface as per camera image view. Burn the square then update the camera overlay and the newly burnt image is offset from the actual burn… I can view a target and move the laser to the target but the X & Y is offset from the spot I choose.
I think it was good a one point but not now. It just goes too far both x & y from 0,0

Any ideas to correct this?

What camera, where is it mounted, and can you show a picture from the preview window? How much is it off? - you’ve said it’s off, but given no indication of how much, or in what way.

Just realized the the camera shift.
Did -4.5 X, -4.7 Y
Seems good now.

That shouldn’t be necessary. If you have a high-degree lens (fisheye), a fixed-height bed, and you did the camera alignment at a different height than the top of your material, that would explain some offset.

Camera very fixed as per photo.I always align to the fixed bed.
In camera tab I did -4.5 X , -4.7 Y to correct the the issue. I found the answer and jogged my memory from your forums of course.
