I’m trying to use my machine and I clicked “get position” in lightburn and it won’t show me where the laser head is. It was working fine an hour ago. Does anybody know how to fix this? My computer and laser are “talking” to each other as I am able to move the laser head through lightburn. I have tried turning my laser off and back on, I downloaded the latest version of lightburn, tried unplugging and replugging the usb cord in both my laser and computer and I tried restarting lightburn and my computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
1- Are you saying that you press the ‘Get Position’ button in the ‘Move’ tab and nothing happens, nothing is returned, and you are not presented any message?
What is shown just under the window labeled ‘Laser’? (marked with arrow)
2- What do you see when turning ‘Show Last Position’ On?
