Hello,
45W CO2 tube does not fire at all under 18% setting.
Also getting dotted line, particularly visible at low power. (see pic).
The line difference between detail and straight lines also become a problem (see pic).
Is this a sign of a dying tube / what is best way to figure out if tube is dying?
Any other suggestions?

Many CO2 laser tubes do not fire consistently if at all under 10%. Yours may be old/weak and require a higher percentage of power. The second photo- is it from the back of a cut? If it is, then the inconsistent cuts are probably from plywood layers and glue.
