Wondering what others use? I tried carpet tape on the back of a wood plaque, it cut perfectly and the adhesive was plenty strong to mount the plaque onto drywall. I’m looking for a product I can apply to the back side of a project BEFORE it gets laser cut. My concern is that I’m not really certain there’s no pvc in the carpet tape…options?
I recommend exploring the safety data sheet of the adhesive / tape that you are inclined to use. These documents will be available from most major producers via their website. For example, 3M SDS Repository.
If you are using it to hold down something, are you actually going to cut through it?
