Laser says it is busy

I have some text typed in lightburn i turn on my laser and it homes ok on the console messages but it then shows up as busy and I can not get it to start up. If I try to close down lightburn it gives me a message “You are currently streaming to your device. Are you sure you want to close” Yes OR NO What Have I done wrong?

Can you show a screen shot of the LightBurn window, including the console and laser windows, after you connect?

I clicked on start and get out of bounds

I went ahead an selected the text and clicked start and again got may be out of bounds, said yes go ahead, got following messages in console and laser busy

So, it’s telling you it might be out of bounds because it’s going to be out of bounds. :slight_smile:

You’re set to ‘User Origin’ for the ‘Start From’ setting, and I’m guessing you don’t know what that does. Read here: https://lightburnsoftware.github.io/NewDocs/CoordinatesOrigin.html

Use ‘Absolute Coords’ for now.
