When trying to cut or engrave a shape, the laser distorts the images This causes the start and stop points to be off and the image is distorted. The images are always angled from bottom to top off to the left and squashed down.

Hi Karla, this looks to me like you may have a loose belt on your laser - they should be tight, but not so tight they bind and feel crunchy
