Tweeked the $130 and $131 to the proper settings at y905 and x900. Tried testing and this is my results. Photos included. any suggestions.

I don’t know if the engraving started from bottom to top or top to bottom. Either way, where it is distorted, if the material has not moved from its location, you will have a mechanical problem there.

Engraving started from the bottom. Y axis seems to stop. Loosened the belt slightly. Still no improvement. Tightened X axis belt because it seems to stutter.I think it has something to do with the Y axis.
Did you adjust the motor current setting for the y-axis motors? That’s a must. Read here: Workspace extension kit - Diode Laser Wiki

This is too obvious. That’s probably why I didn’t even remember that it could be a cause!!!
