Laser stays on through process

Now type
$30=1000 press enter
$32=1 press enter.
Open the Device settings window and check the S Value max = 1000.


Type $$ in console window and check if $30 and $32 got changed.

That wasnt supposed to happen :frowning:

Disconnect laser from power and from USB.
Wait 30 seconds and reconnect, check how it goes and report back.
Also recheck connections:
Red - 12V or 24V
Black - GND
Yellow - PWM.


The red wire and yellow wire are swapped.

sorry the kids were pissing about upstairs just got home again gonna swap them now

had me mate round who checked things round for me he’s a lot more calmer/ patient than i am followed everything this time correct still the same i think i am gonna give it a try without the P-DA-01 adapter board for the time being but when i did try i wouldn’t light up before , just breaking that part last week as done my head took it a phone repairs before said if i can get the right connector he can put the part it is the same as the end of a mobile phone that broke 5 pin female socket that i need soldering back on .
