I have a problem with the Orturo laser. In fact, the laser turns off unexpectedly and does not give me a reason for stopping work. I cleaned the laser, did everything as necessary, but the error continues to appear. Has anyone else had similar problems and how did they solve it?

did everything as necessary, but the error continues to appear. What is “everything necessary”?
