Laser stopped working on Sculpfun S30 Pro 10W

I have a SCULPFUN S30 Pro 10w machine and the laser suddenly stopped working, the air pump does work, the X and Y axis movement does work, the fan does work, it just doesn’t engrave, can you help me?

Please refer to the section " Checking laser module (not firing / no power)" to check if there is an electrical issue with the laser module.

Hello,

I am having the exact same issue, i have had it less than 24 hours and it has suddenly stopped firing, it moves about as if its firing but nothing coming out of the laser
