It sounds like your focus isn’t set correctly, but it could also be that your laser is not capable of marking the material you’re trying to laser. Are you using settings recommended by your laser manufacturer? Are you receiving any errors or alarms in your console window that we can help you address? UPDATE: I had no luck actually finding an .lbdev file on the Longer site. Maybe @JessN can help you tomorrow.
