I’m having some issues out of nowhere with my laser sculpfun S9 and Lightburn’s software.
If I now place text in lightburn and set it to size 38.00mm then it is lasered with a size of 100.00 mm how can I solve this?
This is almost certainly related to the other GRBL configuration issues you had.
Specifically these current values are likely incorrect:
$100=250.000
$101=250.000
Based on some other forum posts from other Sculpfun S9 users I think these values should be:
$100=80.000
$101=80.000
The relative difference in the values doesn’t quite match your measured difference but try these changes by entering into Console and see if this corrects it. Otherwise these will have to be tuned.

Enter the new values as I’ve listed them into the text entry field in Console window. One at a time.
