With the assistance of Jack, I was able to create a cable to go from the Atomstack X30 Pro to the K60 PCB board. Only connecting the PWM & GND. K60 works great and is a BEAST of a module - in size, and power. It has the crosshairs that you can utilize when framing, but the cross hair only shows when it is stopped. I want the crosshairs to stay up the entire time when I’m framing to show exactly what areas are going to be cut or engraved. The crosshair is illuminate when it is on power cutting or engraving. A few comments said that there is an option in Lightburn to keep the crosshairs light on all the time when framing. Can’t find it. I’m even utilizing the newest 2.0 version and not there. Does anybody have any idea how to keep the crosshairs on the entire time when framing in Lightburn with a Laser Tree LT-K60 laser module? One comment was I needed to raise the power in move/fire to 5 or 6%. Didn’t work. Thank you for any assistance.
Yes and no. It does not work like you used it. If you use the crosshair positioning, you need to TURN OFF the fire function (fire on when framing). But you NEED to set the crosshair offset. If you did that, LB will frame using the crosshair, and do not turn on the laser (and the crosshair won’t turn off).
It only makes sense if you use either of them - crosshair OR fire function. Not both.
