Laser TTS-55 Aguardando Conexão - Waiting for Connection

Eu tenho uma gravadora TTS-55 e há uma semana não consigo utilizar, pois está dando a mensagem AGUARDANDO CONEXÃO. Preciso de ajuda!
Já desinstalei e reinstalei, mudei de computador e nada!
E quando volta a funcionar, ela trava, aparece a mensagem Busy e depois fica AGUARDANDO CONEXÃO.

I have a TTS-55 recorder and I haven’t been able to use it for a week because it says WAITING FOR CONNECTION. Need help!
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, changed computers and nothing!
And when it starts working again, it freezes, the message Busy appears and then it is WAITING FOR CONNECTION.

Have you checked your USB cable, try another (shielded) one
What`s your cable length?
With your laser disconnected from PC what it does?
