Laser will frame but won’t start

**just downloaded LB. Did the tutorials then did the test engraving. Everything worked but the engraving. I just get sequence complete 0.0

The framing works. I’m using window 10 on a new Munbyn Grbl laser. **. Oh and when the framing starts it bangs again the lower left corner before it moves to starting point
