Maschine Eigenbau ! Laser Netje MKS DLC 32
Ich habe verschiedene Laser probiert, alle werden nach 10-15 Betriebsstunden schwach ! Am Anfang scheiden sie 3mm Sperrholz Nach 10-15 Betriebsstunden mit gleicher Einstellung nicht einmal 1mm Pappe woran kann das liegen ? wer hat das gleiche Problem ?

Are you using air assist? Are you cleaning your lens? Your lens is probably getting really dirty after 10-15 hours of operation.

I have tried different lasers, all of them become weak after 10-15 hours of operation! At the beginning they cut 3mm plywood. After 10-15 hours of operation with the same setting, not even 1mm cardboard. What could be the reason? who has the same problem?
@JessN is absolutely correct about cleaning!
Also with usage your machinery will vibrate, things move about. Make sure your lens is well focused too. There are loads of videos on how to tweak your diode laser here one I like.
