Laser won't burn past 300.00 speed at 100% power

I have a intel 10 laptop. Or internet 10 idk. I am using lightburn software and it used to be fine. I have a Mecpow X3 Pro. (Probably my first problem) anyway, when I set it to 1200 speed and 100% power it shines but will not burn. If I change the speed to 200 it burns wide paths of the line. Laser head is set up focused correctly. HELP !

Hello Brian,

Sounds to me that you might be using mm/sec instead of mm/min.

Please post a image/Screenshot of your Edit/Device settings

Also a fullscreenshot of your LightBurn with the Project open (showing Laser and Layers tab)

Speed set at 2100 Power set at 100%

I took a picture of the settings but I don’t know how to reply it’s set at 1200 speed 100% power and it still won’t burn

My try cleaning your lens. Or you’re really not in focus.

Lens is clean but not working properly. I try to burn a fine line at 1200/100% but it just moves over the wood and laser won’t penetrate at all. I have to move the speed all the way down to 300 or so and then it’s a thick line.
