Grbl 1.0b [’$’ for help]

Your Grbl may not support Variable Power mode (M4)

If your laser does not turn off between cuts,

switch to the GRBL-M3 device

ok

It says i am running with GRBL 1.0b… where can i get one higher if i need it?

And you will notice at the top of the console read out it says “Your Grbl may not support Variable Power mode (M4) If your laser does not turn off between cuts, switch to the GRBL-M3 device.” Which is what the machine is doing but I cant find in my research how to change to M3???

Create a new device by clicking the “Devices” button, then “Create Manually” and choose GRBL-M3 from the list.
