Each time I start to cut something the laser stops after a few minutes (3-5) and nothing happens. The only thing I can do is to restart the job (with the same results). I have an Sculpfun S9, the newest Software version of lightburn and my computer is a dell xps with Core I7.

If you get those question mark symbols, your data transfer is corrupted. Usually, this is caused by a bad USB cable. Try another (high quality) cable and make sure that the communication is not disturbed by external factors (electrical interference, high-power devices at the same power line etc.).
