Why does the Ortur laser differently than in the software?

That is very strange and not a typical problem scenario.
Did the material or laser shift at any point? Normally mechanical issues wouldn’t in a consistent diagonal line.
Unfortunately, you don’t say which Ortur you’re using. If it’s the OLM3…
I’d look to see if one of the belts slipped out of the cogs (slots) on the sides. I’d also check to see that a set screw didn’t come loose on one of the two rear pulleys. You may not see a loose screw, so I always check with a wrench to be sure they’re tight.
Then, check all the belts for proper tension.

It’s about the OLM3.
I found the error.
A small laser section has become tangled, causing the belt to move.
All screws loosened and everything reset and works again.
Had nothing to do with the software.
