Last Update Issues won't burn right

I recently updated to the New Version and since then I have been having all kinds of issues. for example the test fire at 0.25% runs at 100% and does not burn images correctly

(supposed to be stars and thats what it shows on the software) I have deleted the software and reinstalled it. Deleted my laser and reinstalled it. still issues and can’t do anything. I use Mac for my computer

I believe so. Im not sure how to tell after its already installed.
