So, for the latest update … can we delete it??? NOT A FAN!
To many things to list overall just not pleased. It’s like a completely different program that I don’t have time to relearn with orders to get done. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I’m not a fan either. It is definitely not polished before release. I am having rotary issues and finding where everything got moved. I don’t have a rotary green light indicator anymore and the rotary will frame right but does a weird jog on the actual engrave ruining the tumbler and nobody is replying on fixes and I have jobs that need done.

I have also updated to the latest version today and unfortunately severyl problems. I have posted it in another area. Will try to link it with this one here.

didnt have rotery issues , yet when i tryed to up the mms on my small laser it added run length… ??? put it out of bounds .. went from a 4 min run to a 37 min run when it should have went to a 3 min.. nothing i adjusted would change it . it wont even take 1500 as and mms !!
Of course, no, but you can downgrade to any other older version as you like, at any time. Just step back, take a deep breath, install 1.7 and wait a few months for the issues to be ruled out until you install 2.0 again.
My policy on software is always “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. Upgrades on any software usually fix existing issues then introduce a new list of issues. I never upgrade unless there’s something broken or a new feature I cant live without. If i’m happy with what I have I don’t mess with it. This has always served me will.

I rolled back to the last 1.7 version and everything is working well again. Will wait with the update until the problems have been resolved. It is the first update that caused problems for me. All before haven’t had any issues at all.

so i downgraded … it seems to have kept a few of the issues !!! ugh i will make this work again!! i cant have orders backing up !
Just remove all settings and start with a blank setup. Add the laser again. That should do the trick. It also works at V 2.0 that way.
After I uninstalled and reinstalled the laser I haven’t had any weird jog so far and seems to be working ok. I am using version 2.02 without too many issues besides learning curve. Wondering why the green indicator light for the rotary tool was removed.
The ONLY way stuff will get fixed, is if people tell them what’s wrong in the first place.
I get that you’re frustrated, but if you want to constructively help, and thus make the program better, then please DO list whatever you feel is wrong.
Is everyone is like “this is stupid, I’m going back”, yet no one says what is supposedly stupid, then how are they going to fix things?
