LB 2.0.0.5 Onyx constant red lights

Hello,

Just upgraded last night to the new 2.0.0.5 and extended another year for support.

I immediately am running into a very bad usability WALL where my machine now constantly red lights (Onyx by Monport) and will NOT cut ANY further geometry until both hardware pieces (laptop/laser) are POWER CYCLED.

This is insane problem as before the geometry cut perfect without issues. I need to figure out an immediate rollback to 2 versions ago and/or please assist in figuring out why it constantly fails with the new update? Thank you! I have included my .lbrn file in hopes it shows some information. I also had enabled the debugging log, bug have not a clue where to include those/retrieve them.

BOXES_ENGRAVED_help.lbrn2 (15.6 KB)

Did you load a preferences file from before the update? File Menu> Preferences> Load Prefs Backup.

Why do you have a start and end pause set?

You can always load previous versions from here.

Thank you !

Not quite sure where the 2ms delay came from I removed it.

Thanks for the backup idea I loaded those and will see if it makes any difference.

Unfortunately it still happens….

Don’t know that I will see anything, but post a screenshot of your entire Lightburn screen with your project loaded and the laser window and cuts/layers window in view. (No phone pics please)

I was hoping something would jump out at me, b ut it didn’t. The only thing I see here, and it wouldn’t be causing your issue, is you have min and max power set different for fill mode and min max the same on line mode. This is just opposite of how I work. I have min power set on line mode so it doesn’t burn corners and keep the setting the same on fill mode as it doesn’t need to reduce power due to overscanning.

What exactly is happening? Does it get to a certain point and then error out or does it not even start to cut? Does the engraving portion work? Without a console to show error messages it makes troubleshooting more difficult.
