LB Camera isn't seen on Windows

Hello,

I’m installing my new Lightburn 8MP/85 deg camera. Windows 10 is not recognizing it at all. This is on my new OMTech 50W Ruida controlled laser. I wasn’t 100% sure where to plug it in, so I checked out some YouTube videos and have it connected in to the Udisk port directly. I did try plugging it in to the same port externally and heard no “bing”. When I’ve been plugging it in to this box, I’ve had the machine off.

I have my anti-virus software disabled, the only thing I’m running is Lightburn itself.

Any thoughts on what I’m doing wrong?

The camera is to be connected to your computer.

Oh…weird, I was sure it was meant to be installed to the laser and then seen through the software. But I’ll try that as well.
