I’m currently using as ASUS computer with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 (12GB) graphics card. The processor is INtel(R) Core ™ i9-14900KF 3.2GHz. Midway through projects, the software crashes.
Please help.
Did you send the Crash Log as directed?
LightBurn shouldn’t crash.
If you’re willing to share your project and the crash log I can make sure it gets to the dev team.
You can share it with me here or email it to the support desk with the Forum URL in the body of the email.
Is the crash occurring while the laser is engraving?
If so, does the crash happen at the same point in the project every time?

We’re going to need the project file. The file that LightBurn generates when you save the project.
It should have a .lbrn2 extension. That will provide us with the settings you’ve applied to your art (.dxf file) and allow us to attempt to replicate the crash you’re seeing.
