LB Count down timer doesn't stop when job is finished

Hi since I have updated my Laptop with LB 1.7.04 when the job has finished and laser has stopped the timer keeps going counting minus. I have to hit the stop square in LB to stop the timer or load a new job. My laser is a Creality Falcon 2 40/22w

As a start try with another USB cable.

I have changed 3 data cables both type to Type A and Type C and with adapter to computer type C and USB ports but it still keeps ticking away on two computers both on 1.7.04. Both computers are Dell laptops I5 8gb ram
