Have 24 20oz tumblers to do now having this problem,same file,same rotator same laptop already ruined one not expecting this when I run the frame it rotates 2 times forward and reverse but if I run the rotator test it runs as it should,any ideas?Thanks Dean. These are full wraps goes right over the first one.
You may have a duplicate image. Under EDIT use the he command to delete duplicates.
Keep using the ruined tumbler until you get it figured out.
Ok I will try that and see what happens
What does they preview show when you press play? If preview and reality don’t match exactly, then we have a problem
Slow it down a lot so you can see if it makes 2 passes. In my opinion, Preview should be a mandatory step before the Run button will work.

I have checked no duplicates single pass in preview running LB 1.7.08 tried a few other full wrap files same problem.
It always help to post your file so the hive mind can see exactly what you are working with. Upload the Lightburn file, please.
Also take screenshots of your settings and cuts/layers.

Especially with expensive items, always assume it will not do what you intended. Yeah, I too assume it will be ok because it was in the past.
The suggestion by @JimNM will help a lot.

What “Start From” setting are you using? If it’s not “Current Position” that’s likely part of the problem - You might have a user origin set a lot farther away than you think. Even though it’s a rotary axis, the laser controller still believes it has a Y axis that needs to be moved into position.
I was away from the shop for a few days but my problem is solved I have 12 custom wraps that I designed foe whatever reason and I have no idea this happened but all had a size change of 50 percent larger,had to resize all and everything looks good now.Thanks for the help
