Hi to all,
Why does this popup appear to me if I try to import a file with the LBPREFS extension?
“Lightburn doesn’t recognize the extension LBPREFS in filename C:\user\Gianni\Desktop\20221207_130254.lbprefs”
Thanks
What are you trying to do with it?
If you’re trying to import a backed up prefs file then you would go to File->Import Prefs. Seems you may be importing as a design.
Maybe I misunderstood the “auto save interval” function under “settings”.
I set the save interval to 2 minutes.
If I have not misunderstood, every 2 minutes the job file I’m doing is saved.
Let’s say I’m working on the file, from time to time I add elements and finally, satisfied with the work, I save the definitive file and exit the Lightburn software
But… I think the first file I created was better, but now I can’t do anything anymore, I saved the last job.
Basically I wonder what the “auto save interval” setting is for?
Doesn’t it save the work I’m doing at regular intervals?
Auto save interval determines the duration of time between backups of the existing file. It’s meant to provide a backup in case of a crash. It’s not meant to provide a history of all changes over time that you can go back to.
Many thanks !
