I want to etch out around a shape. Example would be a circle within a circle leaving the inner circle not being etched or touched. Almost like a stamp.
Any closed shape within another closed shape will act as a cutout if the layer type is set to “fill”.
Steps to prove out:
- Draw outer circle
- Draw inner circle
- Make sure both circles are on the same layer
- Set layer to fill
You can see this more easily if you set your View Style to Filled. Window->Filled Smooth (or Course)
Yes!!! Thank you so much!
