lens calibration sculpfun cam500

the problem is that I try to calibrate the SCULPFUN500 camera and it always comes out outside the square of the edges - here I add photo - I have a TTS-20 417x417 frame laser and I followed the complete instructions - I even put 200 (400x400) in calibration camera lens … when recording with the laser the 4 reference points come out perfect in the 4 corners of the quadrant…please help

anyone from the company can help ? it is unbelievable that I buy a product and i don have a place to ask about it
the product maybe perfect but the service is the worse I’ve ever seen

Absolutely!
We had reduced staffing over the holidays, but we are here in the forum and respond quickly at support@lightburnsoftware.com.

Thank you for the screenshot. It’s a clear indication that something went wrong when you selected the four target markers during the calibration.

I’m afraid, you’re going to need to re-do the Camera Alignment. Make sure to engrave new target markers and not use the old ones.

With the workarea of 417x417mm a Scale of 150% should cover a good part of the bed

Be sure that the target markers and the laser’s head are not moved until after the target markers have been selected. (That’s likely what happened previously)

Let us know how that goes, and we’ll be happy to assist further if needed.

Hello again , I did it , the full calibration from the beggining , I got the same problem , maybe some other variant is needed to be changed ?150% as you told me

I dont know what to do …
