Lens Calibration wizard not showing camera view (reopen)

Hello everyone,
I would like to reopen the topic ‘Lens Calibration wizard not showing camera view’ as I have the same problems.
My camera view looks completely fine and the entire cutting area is recognisable but as soon as I press ‘capture’ sometimes a black image appears on the right, sometimes a heavily deformed image and different scores in each case. Sometimes you can’t recognise anything on the right and a 0.4 score appears. But every time you click on capture, the score and the image change.

I use Lightburn 1.6.00 on Mac or on Windows the same problems occur.
I have the following camera: https://amzn.to/40vKDW5

Does anyone has a fix for that or has any clue how to fix it?

Many thanks

I uploaded a video showing the problem https://youtu.be/x9RsgVDLsB8

is there no one with an idea?

Given the large number of camera-specific changes in the 1.7 series, the most recent version may produce better results:

Hi ednisley,
I tried that - unfortunately, i had the same issue in the most recent release

Now we all know that. :slightly_smiling_face:

I am having the same problem. Haven’t used the camera in about two months and updated the software to 1.7.03. I can see the camera feed in the camera tab but not the update overlay button does not port the camera feed into the main screen. Also experiencing the same problems while trying to calibrate and align the camera. Hopefully lightburn has a fix for this.

what camera do u use

Now its showing only black pictures. Does anyone else face this prob?

push - send help :smiling_face_with_tear:
