My lens keeps unscrewing no matter what i do.
I’ve put teflon tape on it and it helps but it still unscrews itself. With the tape on it seems impossible to unscrew itself but i guess it gets hot enough to loosen.
Has anyone else experienced this and has a solution to stop it?
Tried Loctite ?
Which laser module and which part unscrews? I never heard of that…

its the glass lens that is unscrewing, which after about an hour of using goes out of focus because of this.

Did you make sure that the o-ring is sitting correctly inside the nozzle? The ring should help fix the lens in place.
OK i think i see what’s happening.
When i take the nozzle off the O-ring is unscrewing it. That makes sense.
So when its burning badly i guess its residue blocking the laser and not the lens unscrewing.
Every time i took the nozzle off, the lens came off. Now i know

That is a lens protector and will not affect focus as its basically a plain piece of glass to protect the actual focus lens from dirt/damage.
