Hi guys, I was playing around with the lettering on a shape or curve. Do you have a video that shows how to get rid of underlying shape. I was planning on putting some letters on a curve in a project but can’t keep curved lines that the letters are attached to. I can send you a pic of my project if that would help.
If you apply text to a curved shape, you have two options:
Convert the text to a path so it is no longer editable text.
Put the curve on its own layer, and set that layer not to output.
If you use the ‘Bend’ option for text, you’ll have neither of these problems, but the text is limited to being on a circular arc, not an arbitrary curved path.
