Licença comprada de terceiros

comprei a licença de terceiros, a placa mae do computador queimou e nao consigo colocar a msm licença en outro computador.
consigo resolver isso?

I purchased a third-party license. The computer’s motherboard burned out, and I am unable to use the same license on another computer.
Is there a way to resolve this?

If you purchased the license from the official Lightburn website, you can send an email describing your problem to Support@LightburnSoftware.com for assistace.

If you purchased it from a third party, I believe you must contact that party for assistance.

Sending an email to support as already suggested by @MikeyH will be the best way to resolve the issue.
On the Lightburn pages (How the LightBurn License Works – LightBurn Software) you will find this information:
“If you purchased your LightBurn license from another company, we will need to assign your name & email to your license key. Email support@lightburnsoftware.com with your key, name and email and we can do this for you.”
