can someone tell me why it may be that allthough i have a correct up to date licence ( out of date july 2022) i cant update my software to the newer version it just say,s YOUR LICENCE IS VALED BUT YOUR UPDATE PERIOD HAS EXPIRED
i expected to be uble to update mysoftware as long as i had a current in date paid for licence?
There is a self serve option to view the licence dates and information in the Licence Portal - there’s a link on the top right hand side of the forum page that will take you to it.
If that doesn’t help to determine what happened, email Support@lightburnsoftware.com They will have access to the tools to help.
You will need your licence number and your email address that you used when you got your licence.
