Licencing Issue

Fulfilled January 17, 2021, unfortunately my computer got wet and i have to put lightburn on the new on it wont let me,error activation limit for the key. I was wondering if you can resend me a key or rest key i don’t want to pay one more time for something that i pay already

You can use the License Portal, using your email and follow the instructions (in link) to reset and clear your current seat allocations from there. You can then enter your key on the new system(s) as you’d like. :slight_smile:

You can also send an email to support@lightburnsoftware.com, and we can help sort this there. We do not want to share key or personal information here in public. :wink:
