License Activation Help

I have a valid license till Nov 2021 but how do I download the newest version when I check for updates it says that it has been released after your license expiry date ?

You just purchased the renewal this afternoon, it takes a little time to process. We tell you this - clearly, on the page where you purchase this renewal. In this case, about 38 mins.

You have expectations that do not match what we explain. Please review.

Posting here and emailing our support team requires response, and we really enjoy doing so.

But, you are making us work a lot harder when you pull on all our support channels, all at the same time, all for the same issue. Don’t do that.

Your renewal has been processed and you should be able to use the latest 9.19 version.

I did not see the fine print on the purchase screen I just added to cart as I knew what I wanted ( who reads fine print ) but what I did see was the following

Email received confirming purchase 11;10a.m.stating
Thank you for your purchase!

If you purchased a LightBurn license key, it will be delivered shortly, in a separate email. Keys usually arrive within minutes, but occasionally take up to a few hours.

If you purchased a renewal or key upgrade, you will not receive a new key , just an email when the license update is processed.

Subsequent emailed received at 11:48 stating with subject line

Your LightBurn order has been fulfilled

This I assume was the “key was processed.” I then checked to see if I can update during the next 4 hours.

I then emailed support at 4:11 p.m. asking for a status not unreasonable given the previous email that my order has been processed and fulfilled.

I then received a response to check the forums and to post questions there for all to see.

I did what was directed by the emails. The series of events were governed by your directions and therefore difficult to " Don’t do that " when I have followed your directives.
