License and account problem

I’ve been using Lightburn for many years. Today I’m upgrading my main PC and wanted to move Lightburn to my new PC.
I de-activated the old PC, counting on being able to login and retrieve my license key but… it seems I can’t login and possibly my account is so old that there was no login at that time.
How to recover my license and account?
