I have been a lightburn customer for 4 years and have two licenses that I want to renew. For some reason, Lightburn does not recognized the email that I have licensed under for the last four years. Sent Lightburn support two emails to try to resolve the problem, but get no answers. Is there another way to reach them. Getting frustrated.
I find you when using the same email you use here, but do not see the 2 recent messages you reference. The last time you sent an email using this email address was back on 21 Apr 2021, 07:19 pm.
Which email address did you use? You can renew your keys using the same email used on this forum.
Regarding renewal, when prompted on the main website, make sure you click ‘Create Account’ instead of trying to recover your account password. We only started requiring accounts recently, and most people get tripped up by this, since almost everyone checked out as a guest in the past.
