My computor crashed where my licence was on for Lightburn. Now it wont let me use my code on the new system, and ideas??
Have you gone into the License page and checked your settings? Turn off the old PC and use this activation for a new one if you have used up your 3 possible activations.
I can not get anything off my old computor.
You can visit the License Portal (<–Click this) from any computer to deactivate the old computer. If this is not working for you, email support@lightburnsoftware.com, and we can help resolve it from there.
