Each time I open up lightburn it asks me to re-enter my license key, what am i doing wrong?
Not providing nearly enough information.
- Is it a floating license? (they have a different procedure for activating)
- Do you have aggressive anti-virus software running?
- Are you running the software within a corporate or educational network?
- Does your system wipe the user registry when you log out? (schools often do this)
Yes I have a floating License, I have added light burn to an exclusion list in the antivirus software, I am running it on a personal computer
The floating license is the issue here - they have a different procedure for installing them. Follow the directions here: Licensing Setup - Configuring different license options
