License key not working on second computer

I paid for the license key and should be able to put it on 2 computers but when I try on the second computer it says key is invalid?
What’s up with that?

We suggest license issues should be addressed over private email. We don’t want any personal information shared here in public. :wink:

I did take a look into our systems to find you currently have both available seats allocated. Two things…, first, I have added a 3rd seat to your key to help. Second, using the same email address you use here, you have full access to our License Portal, where you can change your allocation as you want.
