License key problem

My wife and I both use our laser but she doesn’t have Lightburn on her laptop only on mine. She wants to put it on her laptop but when she does it tells her, “activation limit for key has been reached.” Why can’t we have it on more than one device?

You are allowed to allocate the provided seat count as you’d like. I do not find you in our license system based on your name/email used here, so I can not look up your key to confirm the key count or provide additional assistance without additional information.
