Hi I have payed to upgrade my GRBL license to a DSP because I bought a Co2 laser with a Ruida Controller. I have yet to receive my upgraded license key code. Is this typically a long process?
As we try to inform on the site where purchase is done.
Note: Upgrades are processed manually - This can take up to one business day for processing. You will receive an “order fulfilled” notification when we process the order, and LightBurn will take about 24 hours after that to sync with the server to see the change. You can make this happen immediately by doing the following:
- Run LightBurn
- Go to Help > License Management
- Click “Deactivate”
- Re-run LightBurn and enter your license key again
Looking into our systems, I see this order has been processed and you should be all set.
