License portal blank

I lost my previous computer and am trying to deactivate the license linked to it. However when I log onto the portal it is blank.

I have a valid license and key.

It’s possible that your license was bought under a different e-mail than the one you logged in with. I had that happen as well. Beings you have your license key, your best bet is to e-mail support@lightburnsoftware.com Include your key, and they can inform you as to which e-mail it is associated with, deactivate your license, etc.
