License portal is blank

shows that I am logged in, but I cannot see any information in any of the columns on the page. I have two computers using lightburn. I updated the software on my garage computer about 6 months ago, but never upgraded the one in the hose; so I am on the latest, but the one in the house shows an earlier version. This is causing some minor issues, since the newest version has some features I would like to use.
What do i need to do?

Looking into our systems, I see the active account under your Sid Connor name is tied to a yahoo dot com email account. If you log in using that address, you should see the key and seat allocations.

I no longer have access to that email. What is the email address for the Lightburn
support team?

I can change the associated email address if you authorize. I can change it to the same email used here on the forum.

Would you like me to do that for you? If so, tell me the old @yahoo email here. No security risk as you no longer use or have access to the old email address.

Old address is Email redacted or Email redacted I no longer have access to either and they are backups for each other, so I am totally screwed for getting into either account, but no problem, I never use them.

Thanks, I got in on my garage computer (laser computer) which is already up to date. I will go in and see in the house if I can get in on that computer and upgrade the software to the latest version. Thank you so much for your prompt help!
